 Computer Love Girl

I recently began writing another book.  This will be book number three.

Without  any professional training under my belt, I set out on my own to learn as much as  possibly about the writing industry.

This book is about the obstacles I've faced and the struggles I've encountered while entering the exciting world of writing.  Words cannot adequately convey the feeling of satisfaction that comes from putting your words on paper. Unleashing your creative voice can be among the most enriching and rewarding experiences you will ever have.

This does not define who I am, but what I am able to accomplish by putting God first in my life.  I know God's steps have gone before me, preparing the way.

I hope my story will be an inspiration to anyone facing the same delimma. I am now living my dream of being a published author.

Debut author Grace Reddick has written a children's story that is full of imagination and impossibilities that are sure to delight young children! Rich with colorful illustrations, I think your family will enjoy this one!

"Ashley's Unforgettable Summer" is the tale of a young girl named Ashley and her unforgettable summer--oops, sorry about that...been helping my son with book reports lately:-) (Just kidding, Book Kid!)

Ashley’s Unforgettable Summer

by Grace Reddick

Children’s Fiction
Xlibris

“Tina! Where are you going? Come back here, “Ashley yelled, chasing Tina to the stairs. But as usual, the little chimp was moving fast. There was no stopping her. She slid down the banister and out of sight.

Ashley was beginning to question herself. Had she made the right decision by bringing this chimpanzee home? Tina seemed to be three steps ahead of Ashley and her best friend Rylee. Tina was obviously out of control. Just how far would she go? Only time would tell.

Grace Reddick, author of "Ashley's Unforgettable Summer", spoke to
the students at Sand Hill Elementary on Monday as part of Young
Authors Week. The Savannah native and Ellabell resident has been
speaking to students all over the Coastal Empire for the past year,
but her visit to Sand Hill was one very close to her heart. Her
granddaughter and inspiration for the book, Ashley, is a teacher at
the school.

A classic book for young people and those young at heart.

Reddick's writing style fuses beautifully with Charr Floyds illustrations to bring to life the wild

adventures of Ashley and her little pal Tina.

This book is sure to be a mainstay for bedtime storytellers everywhere.
