Property > Basking on Tarragona’s golden sun and sand
Posted: Jun.27.2007 @ 2:41 am

SPAIN has recently become one of the best tourist attractions in the world today because of its wonderful cities, coastal towns, and beaches.

Having a glimpse or acquiring a property in Spain is the marriage of art and practicality. Consider Tarragona Spain and get in love with its panoramic beauty.

Tarragona, whose capital is its same name, is the southernmost province in Catalonia, Spain. It is located on the Costa Dorada and its almost unending stretch of beaches, challenging cliffs and lush pine forests are captivating.

In fact, the main reason why millions of people from all over the world discovered this small piece of Spanish land is alluring beaches.

After confining yourself to your office for quite a time, the cool morning sea breeze could soothe your nerves as you and your loved one lie on the beaches’ sparkling sand. Having a vacation after completing a big project or receiving a large commission from a real estate deal is really very wonderful.

Just watching the endearing waves of the ocean kiss the shore serves as deep consolation for your hard work and very busy life in the city.

Moreover, it is amazing to go sight-seeing in a country that has painstakingly preserved its history while keeping pace with the latest trends of globalization. And TarragonaSpain is not exemption to this. It is a haven for various archaeological centers and museums, particularly in the towns of Reus and Salou.

As you walk around Tarragona Spain beaches and  province, you will also be met by the dwellers hospitability which is rarely manifested in very busy urban areas. The people’s lifestyle here is much simpler and devoid of frantic schedules. You will surely enjoy the serenity and quiet that would bring contentment to your weary soul.

However, nature lovers would have a very busy schedule as they grab the opportunity to visit a number of natural parks and gardens.

You really have to try visiting the province of Tarragona now. You can choose from among its popular cities and towns such as Salou, which is rated as the best place for families on vacation. Do not forget to stay in the city of Reus and get a taste of its citizens’ open-mindedness.

Try touring the coasts of Cambrils de Mar while taking some snapshots to take home. Find out about Tarragona’s agriculture, pastures and forests. Enchant your children by showing them a castle and two palaces in Falset, while educate them with the wonders of science by explaining to them the significance of chemical industry in lFix. Of course, before you end your endless tour of the province, buy some hazel nuts in Riudoms and bring some for relatives and friends back home.

Don’t worry with where to stay in Tarargona. There are a lot of affordable hotels, cars for rent if you wish to tour the entire province, good food and a busy night life.

It is, indeed, a great privilege to join the millions of people who have gone to Tarragona and went home with unforgettable experiences that would last a lifetime.

Spanish real estate has seen its value rise immensely over the past decade, with more and more people realising that the better weather, food and beaches really can mean a better life.

For the sagacious few who bought their Spanish property early, the benefits are really beginning to pay off – they can relax, knowing their investment is looking after their life's financial aspect. However, it is the norm that people begin to invest in property on the approach to, or during, retirement.  But, why wait?  Property investment has a proven track record and it is certainly going in the right direction – take advantage now and you can ensure yourself not only a great future, but a great present.

Ok, if you are a young university leaver with a student loan, you are not going find it as easy to finance this decision as a professional couple would but you can at least make plans.  Start saving as soon as possible; the banks will see this as a great sign – you are demonstrating responsibility already; you will see that, five or ten years down the line, it will be much easier to make the investments you want

Look into student debt consolidation or banking plans especially for students, these will all offer you great advice with regard to making your finances stable.

Also begin to travel to Spain as much as possible (on a budget of course!).  This will help you to research exactly what it is you would like and become well acquainted with your dream destination before you dedicate any of your savings to it – again, an example of planning coming into its own.

Top destinations are those where you feel at home (after all, eventually, the destination will be your home from home).  Perhaps you enjoy city life?  If so, then look into the cosmopolitan Madrid or the beautiful San SebastianIf all it takes is a beach for you to feel completely at ease, the tourist regions such as Costa del Sol, Mallorca and Ibiza have lots to offer you.  Bear in mind however that many people have already considered resorts such as these – the reason they are tourist destinations. Why not look further a field at other, lesser known, beach resorts – Cadiz or Santander for example.

Once decided, considered the small details, every detail.  This is your project and it is ultimately for you.  Don't be swayed by the masses – have confidence in your decisions; you will have already done the research, you will not be mistaken.

Property > How to Find the Right Property in Tenerife

TENERIFE is the largest among the seven Canary Islands located off the African coast facing Morocco. Being an autonomous territory of Spain, international flights are routed here directly without passing Morocco. The result is an influx of tourists like me who have embraced the Canaries lifestyle, buying a piece of Tenerife property myself through a very helpful Tenerife estate agent.

Tenerife property is in demand all year round not only because of its hospitality to Western tourists but also because of its non-extreme weather. Since it is neither located in the polar or the tropical regions, there are no hurricanes or heat waves here. Your friendly Tenerife estate agent can attest to that but do not just believe her words. Judge for yourself from her beaming looks if she’s living joyous and satisfied in this paradise.

Plaza del Charco

The most sellable Tenerife property is located along the coastline. This is where Western vacationers party all day and all night. Parties here are indeed a blast minus the illicit promiscuity of course. That’s because it’s not just your Tenerife estate agent who has the proper manners here. The police officers here in Tenerife make sure that your stay here is sound and sweet.

If you don’t believe me, then believe in the numbers. There are currently 42,000 British nationals like me who are currently living in Tenerife property for good. And mind you, these numbers are rising judging from the latest surveys. Of course, your Tenerife estate agent will tell you all these too but then again, don’t believe us. During your vacation here, observe the day-to-day activities of the people if it really fits your lifestyle.

Coming from a cold place like England, majority of those who have Tenerife property as a permanent abode here like me are in the south where the climate is relatively warm. There are various kinds of units for sale available depending on how much you can afford. Your Tenerife estate agent excruciatingly makes sure that the house you will live in is destined for your lifetime pleasure.

The government of Tenerife is so dedicated to tourism that a law has been passed requiring that only five star hotels must be built along the coastline where partying is done throughout the year. As such, prices of this piece of Tenerife property here are a little bit expensive. So I suggest you go rural and scout along with your Tenerife estate agent for a more serene neighborhood.

Not all of the beaches are congested with partying though. There is still exquisite and prime Tenerife property in quieter areas where you can relax and meditate or simply cuddle your loved one whenever you want to. Insist on your Tenerife estate agent to tour you around places such as Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur. Since the units available are located in golf courses, you will always see green in all directions. So go ahead and make a reservation now. After all, Tenerife is a paradise here in the planet.
