USA DOWN ECONOMY

All in the world known that USA held financial crisis, The stock Exhange like Wallstreet was the hard times they had. Several big companies was bankrupted, The Unemployement in USA was rising in the current year.some American people was panic with this situation they hope to the next president of USA for economy recovery soon,especially to overcome the national condition like job and Industry, Who's Wrong with it ? I said nobody was wrong. this situation is not president USA Responsibilities but All American people. Do not judge something or someone because this will useless.now is make their own solution for thierself and the neation itself. I was red Robert T Kiyosaki's book that one of the book said," When allstock exchange was down." when it was only prediction but now it being a reality?

What Should be America? Let we see where's the money is ? How much money for War spent ? How much money was corrupted? How much money for useless spent? What's economy systems should be here? Capitalist,Comunist style,or other economic systems like Islamic sarea systems? or What?

I like and always remember one statement of America what's that , That's about American Dream! I am not American , I am Indonesian. but I love American Dream.

STEP BY STEP START UP COMPANY

There's research that said 10 business which start on the first years 9 of them is failure, just one whhich success. Yes I think to be Entrepreneur was not so easy,it needs 4(four) he or she must have knowledge on Management,Finance,and Leadership and Marketing. Management here refer to operational management. Finance is concern to how to manage and keep dicipline and wise to use money, do not ever mix private money with company's money. If you was not dicipline on using the money just wait to fail on the next month.

Leadership is a good for operating an organizasition,this tools or ability is more powerful to aplicated on the daily operation to make good gorvenance.Some of people believed that leadership could not be learned. some say it's not always everthing could be learned, as long as you want to study it. Marketing is the first soldiers in the Army. So Marketing give life blood to the company health actually from profit.

so If make conclution for the step of start up company this is on my version,so you must make your own version too. those are : 1. Struggle 2.Survival 3.Growth 4.Stabel 5.expansion 6.deversification 7.IPO

I'm believe in God, in business we need ESQ + IQ + SQ What's SQ  ; SQ is short as Spiritual Quotient This to netralize All of destiny of our life, thise will feed your inner energy to boost yourself, In business there are no sure business.No sure life , just one thing that's sure,... you'll die someday,... what we do in life echos in the eternity.

HOW BADLY YOUR DEBT

Debt some people affraid to this case? So some people said to the children not to involved with debt? maybe it's true, but not for me,..Some people also say,.. cut your credit cards , but I say don't cut it, Some people also say do not make loan for high Interest. I Think I do not care to the Interest, Why because Why should get lowest Interest If you still can not paid your debt. maybe I've got high Interest but my income from using debt is 5 times more,..yesterday ago my wife said oil price is high? I said I don't care,..she was getting angry,... Then I said,... OK If  I am a president I make 1 cent/ Liter but You don't have any money event 1 cent, what should you gonna do? its Ok $100/Liter But I have 1 Billion bucks. Sorry If you say I'm not a socialman? That's why I want to say to the people that do not focusing to oils prices but focusing How can we still buy the oils by increasing our revenue.

LIFE'S CHOICE

How do you feel if you are being Entrepreneur,....Some say,..it's hard,.. some of them makes a lot of failure? but I'm not agree. event the fact is true. I think being Entrepreneur is My choise of life,..My business mentor said,.. There are 2 Choice Tobe Freedom and Tobe Comfort , If you choose comfort you will never freedom. but if you are Freedom you will be comfort automatically.

The Risks

Life is a chains of risk, some say is a choice so there's a lot of risk around us because all of it is unpredictable. Human prediction also did not 100% sharp on it. so be care full , Risks can be minimized or deversified. be wise with the risks. the risk only can be manage well but not 100% zero on all investment it can be applicable.

My business mentors said, No Risks but unknown for its so if you invest on stock exchange or Forex or anything else it would be high risk if you do not know anything what you investing for such stock knowledge, forex knowledge etc. this is valid for universal activities , so if somebody invest on their money and their life must know deeply what they do , and it doesn't mean that you should trust to investment consultant, you must take a control of all your life including your investment.

TIME LIMIT

Some say time is money, some of people on the internet frustrated for their effort of making money online because still there are no significant result. some of them stop and left on their daily left or on real life. I mean outside Internet Area. 

There are so many ways of making money on the Internet for example PPC, PTC, Blog,Forex and so on. maybe some of people feel tired because there are no changes on their revenue, and it already takes a lot of times. some people sell information on e-books that content a secret of making money online, I think it's true sometimes false.

The important things is there are no easy money eventhough somepeople giving infomation on their e-books that making money online is easy. but that is up to you. You can try all of your effort for making money online,but I just suggest you that you must have strategy and plan this is regarding to what is the program that you focussing for?

If you success for one program try to another program for diversification of your income earning sources. Internet is still possible to earn money online. but you are the Actor and you made the decision.

NO ONE NIGHT SUCCESS

Some of us think that after we build a business, would be as soon as possible to be a successful business , event our world did not created on 1 day, but it takes several times, so if you have business do not hope to much but the important things you should do is work hard to your business, let the time prove it.maximize your potential business skills. 

doing business is a unique , management is not enough it needs all your potential knowledge and strategy but it doesn't guarantee that your business would be successful. at least you had try the best be optimist in your life and think big. and the important things is NEVER GIVE UP.

Real Estate Business

Today I have changed my mind, I more realize that blogging don't just want to be paid, so If you want to make blog do not hope anything from your blog. It is like your diary of life. in the mean time I am interesting in Real Estate Business, Why ? Since I red the Real Estate business it makes me more motivated , So I am directly to know more about Real Estate Business. So far I like Donald Trum on Real Estate 101 ; One minute Millionaire Robert G Allen , Robert T Kiyosaki on Ritire rich ritire young.

All of the books inspired me to act on real estate business. It's not easy , and I know but it is suitable with the income opportunity. Real estate makes us rich Slow but Sure. and in my country Real Estate is more easy to fund with the bank than Funding other Business. I have several tips for this, now I have just make practice all of what I already red before. next time I will recommended to you. I promise.
