this shot was taken looking back from the river at the grand city hotel, the building with the flags. facing it, on the left of the picture, is their opera house which has a huge black domed roof and beautiful statues of figures carved from white stone. unfortunatley its just too huge to get a photo of from the front cos you cant get far enough back!!!
