alright, this stall is absolutely one of the coolest things i've seen in lyon, and france- normally behind it is this hilarious man, SO SO french, who spends his life making crêpes (i have had them and they are FANTASTIC) and laughing and joking and bagging all the customers. he wears a little felt peaked cap and a big white apron tied right up over his big round belly and hes so funny and smily. he makes the pancakes so quick, its stunning, but i'm too scared to make a film of him in action or a pic of him, so you can fill him in with your mind.
