Tips to Prevent Skin from Aging Enlarge ImageFacial skin is a delicate and fragile tissue, and gets easily damaged through various external agents. Our faces are the first indicator of our age, and therefore it is important to take care of various factors that can adversely affect our facial skin. Although aging is a natural and irreversible process, steps can be taken to delay its onset and severity.
Some of the ways to avoid skin wrinkles and skin damage are described below.
Sunrays Protection – Sunrays have a damaging effect on our skin with their ultraviolet components that can penetrate deep into skin tissues. Wearing a basic lotion while going out in the sun is a common precaution that can be taken if you are planning to stay longer outdoors. Traveling to hot countries is another time when precautions can be taken to avoid extreme exposures during midday.
Daily Regimen – An active life ensures health to all body parts, including our skin. Exercise has a positive impact on blood circulation and body metabolism. Play keeps us young, and there is some truth to this saying.
Diet and Food – Perhaps one of the most important regulators of our skin health is the quality and amount of food we eat. Enough fluid intake and a balanced diet rich in vitamins is a good barrier against premature aging.
Lifestyle Issues – Smoking and other such habits are said to harm the skin as well. If you think this could be the case, precautions must be taken to reduce the habit or engage in health activities.
Skin is a living and breathing tissue, and not a dead covering on our body. It needs regular care and maintenance in order to remain smooth, tight, and lively. Healthy habits like getting up early, outdoor activities, and healthy diet, along with special treatments with oils and moisturizers can keep our skin young and fresh for a longer time.

Stay Young Through Exercise There is a significant body of research supporting the idea that exercise helps to keep people young. Here are some ideas on what exercises will benefit seniors. Enlarge ImageExercise is a powerful tool against the physical effects of aging and it's never too late to start. Being a senior citizen is no reason to avoid exercise, says University of Illinois professor of kinesiology Wojtek Chodzko-Zajko. In fact, any physical activity, like walking even if walking canes must be used, will benefit health.
It's important to "choose an activity that you will do," whatever that is, the professor said. "It really matters less exactly what you do than it matters to avoid being completely sedentary."
A 1996 report from the U.S. Surgeon General indicates only about 15 percent of adults over 65 get a recommended level of physical activity and as many as one-third get no exercise at all, Chodzko-Zajko noted in an article he wrote for the journal Quest.
Chodzko-Zajko suggests that some people might benefit from strategies such as keeping a diary of all their physical activity, including even things like short walks to the store with their walking canes, doing housework or working in the garden. Seeing the diary with their activities written down may help motivate people to exercise because they will want to avoid days in which they have nothing to write.
Another trick to encourage increased walking that he likes is getting a dog. The dog will insist on going out for a walk even if the owner might not be in the mood.
"Part of the problem may be that we've adopted a medical model of exercise, where exercise is sort of a bitter pill, and you get a prescription and you're expected to stick to it," Chodzko-Zajko said. "But the bottom line is it takes time to change behavior, and I personally feel the broader you can define your activity program, the less likely you are to become demoralized."
Even seated exercise is beneficial
People who need mobility chairs can still benefit from exercise, although they may have to do it in a seated position. Many of those using mobility chairs have the use of their limbs, but use the chairs because they tire easily. Walking may not be a good exercise choice in this case.
Instead, they can try doing leg lifts in a seated position. Start by lifting only one leg at a time to a horizontal position and then put the leg back to vertical. Do this 10 times with each leg to start, working up to three sets of 15 leg lifts per leg. Once this has become easy, lift both legs at the same time, again starting with 10 lifts and working up to three sets of 15 leg lifts. To increase the work load on the leg muscles, ankle weights can be added. Start with one pound per leg and start over at the lowest number of lifts.
Exercising the upper body is also important. This can also be done from a seated position. Do a variety of arm exercises. Start with one pound weights at 10 repetitions per exercise. If you don't own any weights, a can of peas from the kitchen is a good substitute. Many web sites and exercise tapes demonstrate exercises for the upper body that can be done while seated. |

Why Most Skincare And Anti Aging Products Don't Work This article describes the structure of the skin, showing where cellular renewal takes place, and where the anti aging skin care products actually work. Find out how moisturizers achieve their temporary effects, and what will actually deeply nourish your skin. Enlarge ImageYour skin is a very clever organ. No matter which in the arsenal of developments in anti aging skin care products are proudly emblazoned on the bottle and in the marketing literature, your skin knows the truth. And whilst it may play the game for a little while, plumping up nicely to give the appearance of looking younger, more even, and less lined, this is only a temporary, somewhat cosmetic ruse. It is actually a biological trick of the light, a chimeraic nod to the quest for youth. Don't be fooled.
Skin care is big business. And there's nothing wrong with that. But whilst its highly entertaining to browse through the shelves and try out the latest pedigree of skin cream, these foot soldiers in the war on wrinkles meet a somewhat tenacious and uncooperative foe in our skin.
Our skin. This multi-layered emissary to the outside world, bearer of our expressions, our joys, our grief. Guard against the invisible tide of micro-organisms that seek to infiltrate our body's first defense against disease and infection. This complex array of cells that every month regenerate and shed, within the constraints of age and the quality of our diet. Our skin is a hard worker and much unappreciated. Often barely nourished despite the money spent on technological promises, we still hope the dream of youth slipping away will be restored.
There is a way to slow the process of aging. But not by applying high tech anti aging creams. By understanding exactly what our skin is, we can find better ways of giving it what it needs. And consequently, we will find ourselves with what we want - more youthful skin.
Our skin is composed of 3 main layers. The outside layer that we apply our anti aging skin care products to is the epidermis. This in turn has 4 to 5 layers, depending on where it is in the body, and whether there is a lot of hair on it. The top layer of the epidermis, the stratum corneum, serves as a barrier. This is where the cells are continually shedding and where new cells are ultimately pushed up to. These cells have no blood supply, and hence no nutrients or oxygen carried in the blood reach these cells. They are essentially dead in that they cannot engage in the metabolic processes that living cells do. But they do serve very important functions. By creating an impenetrable barrier, they keep out bacteria and other micro organisms, and are thus part of the immune system. But this very function also serves to keep out most of the expensive ingredients in anti aging treatments. And no matter how well an ingredient performs in a laboratory test tube, that does not necessarily translate to reaching the deeper layers of your skin, where the real anti aging work takes place. Most skin care products work only on the stratum corneum, and that is their downfall as anti aging secret agents.
The next layer down from the top is the dermis. This is the layer where wrinkles develop. The dermis consists of living cells, and they are responsible for the structure, integrity and elasticity of the skin. Here collagen is regenerated whilst existing collagen is broken down in the monthly cellular cycle. The production of collagen slows with age and factors like smoking, sun exposure, stress and inadequate nutrition. Other skin nutrients like elastin and hyaluronic acid are found here. Hyaluronic acid for example, helps hold water. As the dermis is composed of living cells, it has a blood supply, which transport nutrients and oxygen to the cells. These capillaries also transport cellular wast like carbon dioxide away. Here you'll also find lymph vessels, sebaceous and sweat glands, hair follicles, and nerve endings for heat and cold.
Fibers from the dermis extend down and into the next main layer, the subcutaneous layer. They anchor the skin to it. The subcutaneous layer in turn attaches to organs like bone and muscles underneath. Here are nerve endings that are sensitive to pressure, blood, lymph vessels, fat cells, collagen and elastin. The subcutaneous layer thins as we age, which creates a more angular appearance.
Moisturizers achieve their temporary effect by trapping water already in the skin. They essentially act as a seal, they do not provide additional water or 'moisture'. The few products that actually work on the deeper layers of the skin are the Retin-A skin care treatments. Vitamin C, though popular, has not conclusively demonstrated that it can reach the deeper layers, the dermis. And even if it did, there is not enough evidence that it actually does anything there.
But the news is not all bad. We can do something, and its not rocket science. If we supply the skin with the nutrients it needs, with good, fresh fruit and vegetables, and good quality fats and protein, or even supplements as a boost. Then, and only then, will we stall the clock at a more agreeable hour.

Anti-aging: Stop that Gray Continuing on our series of anti aging techniques, here’s one that explains the reasons what make you feel that you are heading towards the wrong side of your age. Everyone shudders to think of the fact that we shall grow old and that all that is packaged with youth may not always remain as the same.
The first signs of aging may perhaps be ones that erupt after the obvious laugh lines and crows feet. However, there are some more signs that you may detect and tackle from time to time.
Creepiness on your neck You could try using anti-aging formulas, especially those that contain gentle antioxidants such as green tea or grape seed extract and vitamin C or coenzymes rather than AHA exfoliators.
A good idea to pick and choose would be Nivea Visage Q10 Plus Wrinkle Control Lotion SPF 15, Caudalie Nourishing Treatment, etc. Although its best to use those that suit your skin, but these are the generally accepted lotions that may be of use to you.
Pointers A foundation line at your jaw definitely draws your attention to this area -- so if this is your trouble spot, make sure you get the closest makeup match possible.
The second most frequent cause for worry are the sun spots and uneven coloring on your upper chest and neck. You could get rid of these or perhaps lighten these with creams combining skin lighteners like hydroquinone, cogic acid or vitamin C, with either skin soothers or anti- inflammatories. Good picks would include, Olay Total Effects Anti-Aging Moisturizing Body Treatment, Palmer's Skin Success Eventone Fade Milk.
Pointers: Because this area is especially sensitive, its best if you could do a patch test before beginning the regular use of the spot-erasing treatment.
Sun spots, extreme dryness, cracking on your hands, are most irritating, if not treated on time. You could ease out this problem by using creams that combine skin lighteners with heavy, protective, "glovelike" ingredients such as petrolatum, mineral oil, glycerin and an SPF. Good pickswould include Olay Total Effects Hand Visible Anti-Aging Moisturizing Treatment with UV Protection, Cellex-C Skin Firming Hand Cream, Lubriderm Skin Renewal Age Defying Hand Cream SPF 15
Pointers: To avoid recurring sun spots, its best to apply smooth sunscreen over your hands any time you apply it to your face. Avoid drying out skin by wearing gloves while washing dishes or gardening and of course limit your use of antibacterial soaps, these cause more harm than good.
Dryness, lack of elasticity and dullness on your torso (back, front, buttocks, upper arms and thighs) This is especially important as your skin does not only comprise of your face, it also deals with your entire body.
Products to try: Lighter lotions combining traditional moisturizing ingredients such as glycerin and petrolatum with instant surface smoothers like dimethicone, or for a visual boost, light-reflecting particles.
Good picks: Nivea Body Silky Shimmer Lotion, Neutrogena Visibly Firm Body Lotion, Origins A Perfect World Highly Hydrating Body Lotion with White Tea
Pointers: For enhanced -- and speedier -- results, borrow a spa trick and prep the area by brushing with a loofah to help it absorb the lotion |

Old Age - An Age Before DeathOld age is advanced years the latter period of life. Changes in any particular order for example, experience vision problems with no noticeable loss of hearing. Fatigue; appetite loss; insomnia; difficulty concentrating; loss of interest in life or the ability to enjoy it; feelings of emptiness, guilt, sadness, and hopelessness; wishing for death; and thinking of suicide.
The people who live past sixty years of age or so are commonly known as aged or elderly. Old age is still an inevitable physiological process, which cannot be postponed indefinitely. One has to perceive both physical and socio-psychological aspects of life of the aged to understand life conditions of elderly. Parents abusing children, husbands abusing wives, and older persons being abused and neglected by spouses, daughters-in-law, sons, brothers and other members of the family and relatives. The youngsters do not wish to accept them as part of their social setup, their life-style at all. Changing priorities of younger generation, and replacement of "We" concept by "I" concept. Very few research studies emphasize on the needs and problems of the elderly.
Being ‘old’ is a psychic perception while being labeled ‘old’ is a social ascription according to Ghosh maulik. Older are dependent on those who abuse them for their physical and financial need and support. During 1980s elder abuse gained rapid recognition in USA. It is estimated that in USA alone, around 500,000 cases to 2.5 million cases of elderly are subjected to physical violence annually.
"late time of life; "old age is not for sissies," "he's, showing his years"; "age hasn't slowed him down at all"; "a beard white with eld"; "on the brink of geezerhood"
Some cases exemplify the nature of abuse in our society:
* There was 70 years old widower living with his son. A few years back, his son started demanding transfer of father’s property to his name. When the father refused to comply, he started abusing him physical and verbally.
*While in other case one poor widow woman of about 60 years of age lived with he young unemployed son. Due to economic hardship she had to sell her small room and after some time she lost her legs in a road accident. Her son one day discarded her who had become a liability for him.
The definition given by Council of Europe includes all the aspects, "the physical and psychological integrity of an older person or harms the development of his/her personality and undermines or damages his/her financial security."
Elders are talkative, but nobody listens to them, nobody to share their grievances. Older persons are least or not wanted in the social setup of a family or the society at large resulting in loneliness and the death anxiety according to Mullins. While Kogan & Wallach found that everyone evaluated death negatively, the elderly rated it more positive than others.
Children do not care, they neglect, and they don’t look after their elder. The problem for older persons did not seem to be lake of money but lack of time by the ‘others’. The other thing is lack of emotional support from family members. Sense of insecurity and feeling of burden and old age itself was a disease.
Old people are sent away to old age homes even when families can taken care of them. If ole person is sick children stay away. The other problem is older couple being asked to live separately when they had more than one child. Such as the older woman to stay with one child and than man to stay with another according to the convenience of their support in whatever housework they could contribute to. While in the case or rotation, the parents stayed with one child for a particular period of time and then moved over to the other child to stay with him for the same period of time.
Death of spouses in old age caused greatest mental anguish. Aged widows could manage to spend time with grand children but the old widowers of their wife as their link with the family was snapped. Women perceived financial dependency and no access to money whenever required especially for health problems and buying of medicines as a form of maltreatment. The cause of abuse is because there is no communication between old and young. Person was abused when he/she got pension and children wanted to take away the money.
Within the community the role of old people is communities engagement and activity for older people. Such as giving guideline to younger generation, taking care of grand children, providing support for children when asked for helping household work, teaching.
The following suggestions are presented in relation to prevention of elder abuse.
-- Mental health services and family counseling available to all in need of such services -- Alcohol and substance abuse treatment programs available to all in need of such services -- Assertiveness training, promotion of elder rights, and self-advocacy training for all older adults -- Don't ignore your limitations and overextend yourself -- Don't expect family problems to disappear once the elder moves into the home -- Don't hamper the older person's independence or intrude unnecessarily upon his/her privacy -- Keep in touch with old friends and neighbors even if you move -- Develop a buddy system with a friend outside the home -- Ask friends to visit you at home Awareness and facilitation of positive and productive aging

Stay Young - Rejuvenate yourself with new age technology Stay young for longer. With the emergence of new technologies, we the mortals are trying to race for immortality. Although slowly, but steadily we are heading towards the dream of keeping oneself young regardless the age. Some technologies are discussed which are helping human being keep oneself young! We live a mortal life and as we are born we have to grow older and die one day. From the very day of our birth, our body undergoes many changes to indicate which stage we are at in our life. In childhood we are awarded with a beautiful, soft and wrinkle free skin. As we grow older our skin meets scratches, wrinkles etc. indicating that the beautiful skin we had will never come back again! Not only skin but churning of bones, pain in different parts of our body, waning eyes, decreasing energy, unexpected collapse of organs, fading hearing, gray hairs, baldness, memory loss…..etc. indicates the growing age.
But now with new emerging technologies, man can beat age, or, at least, we do not let the age interfere our lifestyle. At the age of 60 when our eyesight starts deteriorating – which is a common old age phenomenon, called Age-related Molecular Degeneration (AMD). With the ultimate help of New Age Technology, we can bring back our waning eyes to life, and perform the tasks which are not possible with the eyesight of an old age. New techniques used called photodynamic theory (PDT) and Transpupillary Thermotherapy (TTT) ensure that the eyesight will not decline further. TTT involves zapping the targeted area of the retina with a specific type of laser. In PDT a light-sensitive dye called verteporfin is used to detect and destroy new vessels in the eye. It is painless and takes only 20-25 minutes, though one has to avoid direct sunlight or bright indoor light for five days after treatment. Both the techniques are quite effective in most of the cases and help improve the eyesight.
There are new technologies which are helping maintain each part of our body make and feel young. Millions remain young or, at least, look so by opting to scalp or freeze their way to youth: plastic surgery, Botox, chemical peels, laser treatments. Synthetic hormones are helping blow away blues for both men and women. New drugs help build bones so that they stay as long as you do! Enlarged prostates are zapped by laser treatment.
There are treatments for:
Hair: Baldness can now be checked by hair restoration surgery. Hair is transplanted from another area to the bald patch. It then grows normally.
Brain: A new electrode tames tremors in Parkinson’s Alzheimer’s victims find hope in drugs called ACE1 inhibitors.
Eyes: Declining eyesight can be restored by two ways. One, by using only a laser. The other with a light sensitive dye. Both destroy the problem part of eye.
Teeth: For those with no time to take out dentures, titanium screws come to the rescue. Fixed into the jaw, they support teeth or dentures as the roots of teeth do.
Libido: Post-viagra, it just gets better. A new drug for erectile dysfunction, Levitra, acts within 15 minutes and the effect lasts 24 hours. Another product Cialis is effective for four days. Both are pills. Sprays are in the pipeline.
Skin: Just strip the top layer off, courtesy lasers and chemicals. The regenerated skin looks younger.
Hormones: Synthetic hormones-oestrogen for women, testosterone for men- help keep energy level up. They protect the body from some diseases but increase the risk of some cancers.
Bones: With a little care, old age fractures can be history. Bone densitometers can detect osteroporosis early. A range of new bone building drugs ensure the bones remain strong.
Joints: Chemicals like glucosamine, hyaluronan and diacerein work well in early stages.
Please Note: The above said techniques have their effects and side effects too. These techniques help in some areas but may cause some problems too. So before considering any of the above treatment, just go and ask your doctor if you can continue with the selected treatment with your present body condition. |

7 Ways To Beat Aging No one wants to look or feel older than they should. Here are 7 ways to delay the signs of aging, and maybe even turn back the clock. 1. Exercise. As you grow older, your bones lose density. Exercise, especially weight bearing exercises like jogging, hiking, stair climbing and weight lifting build up your bone density. Exercise regular and take enough calcium through milk and leafy green vegetables to beat osteoporosis. Since muscle mass decreases as you age, you can beat that through exercise. Exercise builds muscle and makes you healthier overall. You'd feel younger too.
2. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. Your body repairs itself when you sleep. Cells regenerate faster at night. While you are in the deep cycles of sleep, your body tissues are rebuilt and repaired after the wear and tear they have undergone throughout the day. Too little sleep might make you age faster. If you have problems sleeping, prepare for bed 30 minutes before your bedtime with a long soak in a warm bath scented with lavender oil. A cup of chamomile tea before you go to bed help. As would avoiding coffee or anything caffeine after dark.
3. Drink sufficient water. That mean 8 to 10 large glasses of water everyday. Your body is made up of 60% water. You need water for your body to function properly, to flush away the toxins and to stay healthy.
4. Use sunblock during the day. That is the best thing you can do for your skin. The sun's UV rays damages your skin, causing it to age prematurely, that is, if you don't get skin cancer first.
5. Moisturize your skin. Cleanse your skin twice daily to get rid of toxins on the surface of your skin. Then apply moisturizer to plump up the surface layers of your skin and to seal in the moisture. Most moisturizers have ingredients with anti-aging properties.
6. Take plenty of antioxidants in your diet. Antioxidants neutralize the free radicals that would damage the cells in your body, aging you more quickly. Vitamins A, C and E are antioxidants as are glutathione and superoxide dismutase. Taking fruits, vegetables and oils rich in antioxidants would help slow down the deterioration of your body's cells.
7. Get enough Omega 3 in your diet. That means loading up on fish and taking omega 3 supplements. If you are suffering from stiff joints or arthritis, read this article about causes of joint pain and joint pain relief. |

Precautions Those are Mandatory for The Skin while People are Trying to Reducing the Aging Process. Anti aging supplements are of immense help to cope with the aging process and the sings of aging like fine lines, furrows, wrinkles etc. Beauty of the persons may be only skin deep, but there are more layers to the skin than what you see. When fine lines or the furrows begin to form, when they deepen into wrinkles, when the skin sags and loses its elasticity due to the lack of water, it's because there has been damage to the cells in the deeper layers of the skin. Any treatment that stays on the surface of the skin will have only the slightest, most temporary effect. For real healing to take place, ingredients must penetrate to those deeper layers of the epidermis and dermis. Modern science studies have proven that the ingredients that a natural skin care product is made of does not cause any harm to the skin of an individual.
Collagen is one of the primary building blocks of cells that maintain the glow and the texture of the skin. After the age of thirty or mid thirty, collagen begins to break down and can't replenish itself. Dermatologists and aestheticians have long known that replacing collagen can make dramatic improvements to aging skin, but until recently, the only way to do that was by painful, costly, and occasionally disfiguring injections that would have only a temporary result.
While growing older is inevitable, we can reduce the signs of ageing with the best skin care products and a little care. Here are some tips to help you turn back the clock.
Be vigilant about on-going sun protection. Use sun protection, including sunscreen, UV blocking glasses, and hats. Put on protection prior to leaving the house in the morning, for mid-day activities, and if necessary, again before leaving school or work for home. Remember that the sunscreen you apply in the morning has reduced protection 2 hours after application. Avoid playing outdoor sports at mid-day, when heat and perspiration make it nearly impossible to keep sunscreen on the skin.
Wear sunglasses for UVA protection in eye area, and eye correction to prevent squinting, which causes wrinkles. Wearing sunglasses may also help to prevent cataracts..
Don't smoke. In addition to risk of lung cancer and cardiovascular disease, smoking prematurely ages the skin and damages blood vessels. It slows wound healing, and limits the skin's ability to self-repair.
Eat well. A nutritious diet (Recommendation on a low-glycemic index, Mediterranean-type diet, and rich in fruit, vegetables, nuts, legumes, fish, whole grains, and monosaturated fats such as olive oil) will show in your skin and overall health. Avoid processed carbohydrates and sugars, which cause instability in insulin levels. Avoid saturated fats, Tran’s fats. Staying adequately hydrated is also important to optimizing health and healthy-looking skin.
Since the invention of procurement segment on the internet some of the online drug stores have been putting up wide range of anti aging and skin care products that are making huge impact in the world.

Good Skin Can Begin at 40 with anti-aging products. Find out how to combat aging skin with anti-aging products. Anti-aging products and great skin…when you are 40 (and up) No, there’s nothing you can do about the aging process. You cannot reverse it. But you can try to slow it down, gracefully. There are rejuvenation alternatives; however you should determine how far you can stick up for those. The longer you adhere to un-natural means of combating aging, the deeper you’ll be digging on your pockets. • Good skin tone, even after 40, is a natural by-product of proper skin care. Proper skin care goes skin deep, too; food rich in micronutrients, which can prevent cellular and molecular damage, have long lasting effect on skin rejuvenation than all clinically-performed rejuvenation procedures combined. Anti-aging products can do wonders, too. Why do the skin age drastically when a woman reaches 40? Premature aging of the skin does not happen overnight. The skin naturally ages with time, but aging can be sped up by various external and internal factors; the good news: aging can also be slowed down by skin care products for women. The sun’s UV rays, even on cloudy days, can cause irreversible damage on the skin. It is advisable to put on sun block with high sun protection factor on exposed areas of the body, face and neck. Too much exposure to the sun causes the skin to dry and for wrinkles to become more pronounced.
A woman’s reproductive hormones diminish when she reaches 40. Due to hormonal imbalance, the skin can lose its elasticity which will induce the skin to sag. Wrinkles start to show.A woman’s production of sebum, which lubricates the skin, slows down when she reaches 40. As her skin loses its firmness, and starts to sag, her face takes on a different shape or contour, which can make her look older.
The Skin’s Defense
Just like habits, proper skin care or the loss of it develops with time. To play down premature aging, it is advisable for women in their 40’s to start a skin care regimen now, if they have not done so in the past.Use sunscreen. This is paramount protection against the invasive effects of the sun’s UV rays on the skin; anti wrinkle skin care products. have high SPF factor, check out your online pharmacy today!
Take vitamins:Vitamins C and E boost the body’s immune system and protect cells and tissues from free radicals Moisturizers keep the skin hydrated, thus minimizing dryness, which causes wrinkles; glycerin, honey and other natural humectants are very good on the skin, as well as other facial skin care products.
Go easy on cosmetics: Too much make-up may not be good for all skin types; contrary to the common belief that facial foundation can cover most of facial skin’s imperfections, it can actually make some people look older. Go for lighter application of your make-up, you would look younger.
Opt for mild skin care products. Aging skin is dry and sensitive. Strong ingredients in facial cleansers and astringents may aggravate the skin’s condition. The alcohol content in some astringents may worsen the skin’s dryness.
There is hope for aging skin; not the fabled fountain of youth, but one’s dedication to nurture the skin and let it age naturally, wonderfully. Aging, after all, is a process everyone goes through, and looking ageless is not much on the physical plane but on one’s outlook towards life, love and living.
