Among a great many other things, I need to play trivia at this trivia server
- channel - room -- and public access firewalls are driving me starkly

There are jobs for people certified in 'C' programming, Linux Shell programming (incl. comprehension and facility with most
of their uses), and a database discipline like Oracle or MySQL + phpMyAdmin. Total certifications then: 3.
Please tell me what certifications I am referring to specifically and what I might employ as a job finding method thereafter, as a 57-year-old 100% healthy (with no bad habits or dark background) white male heterosexual polymath American Mensa member who has also qualified (having placed within the top 1/10th of 1% in IQ distribution curve) for the Society For Philosophical Enquiry.

A Personal View of Portugal
Official - Portugal is one of the safest places to live
A United Nations survey on crime rates throughout the world has identified Portugal as being one of the safest countries in the world in which to live.
The UN Crime and Justice Research Institute carried out the study in 2000. Ignoring police figures, which vary widely in method and reliability, the UN interviewed random samples of 2,000 men and women in each country surveyed.
Top of the non-violent crime league were England and Wales where 58 out of every 100 people interviewed had been a victim. Portugal proved to be the fourth safest country in the world with a 27 to 100 ratio.
Australia had the second highest level with 57 out of every 100 people interviewed being a victim. Holland was third with a 51 to 100 ratio. Scotland and the USA shared fifth position in the league table with 43 out of every 100 people having suffered as a result of non-violent crime.
The study was carried out in fourteen countries including Japan, which proved to be the safest country in which to live. Canada was the seventh most dangerous country with 42 out of every 100 people interviewed having been victims.
The Institute’s findings regarding `Violent Contact Crime´ revealed that after Japan, Portugal is the safest country. Only 1.4 percent of Portuguese interviewed had suffered as a result of street muggings, physical assault or rape.
Australia was top of the violent crime league registering a level of 4.1 percent of citizens who had been victims of physical assault, sexual or otherwise. England and Wales were in second place with 3.6 percent of those interviewed having been physically assaulted.
Since the first UN survey carried out in 1989 the USA is the only country to have seen a reduction in crime rates. The report attributes this to the ``zero tolerance´´ policy adopted by the country‘s police forces. ................... http://www.gobi-igloo.com .........
