Lying times

The lies are in public.

No shame

No hiding

Just lies and more lies.

Let them lie.

In your own life do not lie.

If you lie it will catch up with you.

Nature does not accept our lying.

Let others do what they want they will pay even if we do not see it.

Do not lie it destroys your potential, your peace of mind.

Over a lifetime lies are literally ruinous.

Daily Practice

Those who can do so should follow this rule.

When you have dressed

And before eating.

Take ten to fifteen minutes for meditation.

If you are hungry, all the better.

For then it will be a better discipline.

If this can be done.

Then slowly but surely it will affect the whole nature.

Do not do this after eating or when you have made all easy,

But the first thing in the day.

Judge not

Why?

Because judgement is usually negative.

Judgement often puts down.

Creates separation.

Do you judge others?

Apply to yourself the judgments and criticisms you have for others.

Yes really think about how you judge others.

Even this be unspoken.

Unsaid

Notice how often you silently criticise

Now

Study with great care your own nature.

Until you have done this forget about moving ahead.

Consciousness evolution is about becoming less judgemental amongst other things.

Tell me one more time

Do not get bored with your partner saying I love you.

We take so many things for granted.

What if your partner disappeared today.

Just vanished.

Would you feel remorse for not having left each other on the best possible note?

Probably yes.

So please forget the little silly stuff and be the best you can with each other.

Really mean I love you.

None of us knows what is coming our way.

Simple

No one life is adequate to a man's development.

Again and again we must come to earth, to taste its quality.

To lay up its experience and it's discipline.

Each career on earth determining the nature of its successor.

Two things follow.

1st Our present state discloses what we have accomplished in past lives.

2nd Our present habits describe what our next life shall be.

Simple.

Purpose

The perfecting of self-consciousness is the object of life.

By this man is enabled to reach more exalted stages of existence.

And his conditioned mortal life is for the purpose of affording him experience by which that self-consciousness may be developed and cognition of the spirit attained.

Man is a spirit and requires vehicles with which to come in touch with all the planes of nature included in evolution.

And it is these vehicles that make of him an intricate, composite being, liable to error, but at the same time able to rise above all delusions.

Cost to me

Know what we mean?

We tend to judge everything by it's "cost to me"

Or put another way "whats in it for me".

Don't you?

We all do plus or minus.

It's our training.

Tell you what though the more you can move away from this "cost to me" mind set.

To an approach that considers what is best for others.

The better life becomes.

It's a simple thing the more you think of others before yourself.

The more life becomes satisfying.

Try it.

Stop thinking of yourself and the cost of everything to you.

Think of others first and enjoy doing things for them.

Not so easy when our "me" conditioning is so strong.

Become more conscious of what makes you do this 'n that.

This "cost to me" thing leads nowhere.

My mind

The man who has freed his mind so that it is capable of easily entering into the methods of other minds is more likely to see truth quicker than he who is fixed in his own ways.

Our first step and the most difficult - for some, indeed impossible -

Is to shock ourselves in such a manner that we can quickly get out of or rather understand our own mental methods.

We shall so analyze all our mental operations as to know with certainty the actual difference in method between ourselves and any other person.

This is a thing seldom undertaken or accomplished by men nowadays.

Each one is enamored of his own mental habits.

Disinclined to admit that any other one can be better.

When we have become acquainted with this mental path of ours, we are then in a position to see whether in any particular case our view is false.

This is the psychological and metaphysical equivalent of that scientific process which classifies and compares so as to arrive at distinguishing differences in things in order that physical laws may be discovered.

For while we remain in ignorance of the method and path of our minds action, there is no way we can compare with other minds.

We can compare views and opinions, but not the actual mechanics of the thought.
