Little children are clean, in mind that is

So is nature.

The energy of both helps us to feel good.

They can help us feel clean.

Nice if we could always feel clean

Observe how feeling clean can change your mood.

Stay clean!

Why black?

So many people wear black clothing

It doesn't show the dirt some say.

It is flexible others say.

For some it is a religious diktat.

For others it is mourning.

Indeed why is black the colour of mourning?

Because it is a sombre expression?

Maybe that's why so many in politics and business chose it, to give the illusion of gravitas.

For many it is a reflection of their feelings.

Black is not a good colour to wear all the time.

Anyway you look at it there is a negative component.

Black is not conducive to good health.

Over time the wearing of black affects the wearer.

Often people who are angry and frustrated wear black.

So before wearing black more than once in a while look at your emotions.

Does back really express what you feel?

Black can be really black!

Post holidays

 

Did you bring anything back with you?

New ideas.

Contentment

Fresh energy.

Intentions.

Or did you feel -

Sad.

Empty.

Stressed.

Frightened.

If you fall in the first group then fine.

If you fall in the later group though.

Time to sort things out.

This will not happen by itself.

It needs your uunderstanding that there is a problem

Your life.

Be clear about what it is

Check that your understanding is accurate.

That you are living in reality.

Act to resolve this and ask for help if necessary.

It won't go away until you address this issue.

Post holiday blues with the fantasy gone is time to sort things.

The greatest crime that was ever perpetrated on mankind was committed on that day when the first priest invented the first prayer with a selfish object in view.

Document care

 

We all carry them.

Some carefully placing them in the same place every time and others more carelessly putting them anywhere.

All goes fine until we lose or misplace one or worse have one stolen.

Did you have a copy of your details?

Do you know the number to call to cancel it?

Small effort, major impact.

Worth doing.

We let things get on top of us then we have to run.

A favourite is to wait until the last minute then run like crazy.

If so then time to change.

Needless drama is really debilitating over time.

Cut it out.

Organise your life so that you can walk through it.

Without stress and panic.

Life is so much nicer without endless, needless rushing.

Every season new fashions.

Constant new gadgets and toys.

Always something else never enough

It becomes addictive.

Lift your eyes away from things and notice nature.

You do not need to buy anything in order to enjoy our world.

Enjoy natural things.

Way to go

All the days of the rest of my life.

How many?

Who knows?

Who cares?

Did you ever care?

Question?

What are you doing with all these days you have been given?

Anything new or just letting the time fly by?

It would be a shame to come to your old age having left so many things undone, unexplored.

Just accepting whatever 'they' throw at you day in day out.

Never mind you can always come round and live this life again.

That’s what happens if you make no effort to grow your consciousness.

To achieve what you came here to do.

Yes, you had a reason to come here.

Take some time to think about this.

Repeat that day

 

So many feel that day after day its the same old grind.

For many this is true.

Why?

Because they are not conscious of the subtle changes every day.

Locked in thoughts of self.

They do not see the subtle changes.

Nature is subtle too, seldom does she make huge changes they are usually incremental.

Become more aware of how each day is different for you too.

It's those little things that make each day worth experiencing.

Life is about those little things.

Make your day different.

Be more conscious of everything in your day.

Powerlessness

 

Many feel that they have no power

And if they believe that then guess what?

They are powerless.

Does not have to be that way.

Nor is it true.

We all have the power to influence those around us.

Whatever we do.

All the time.

Be an example to those around you in whatever you do.

There is nothing more powerful than example.

Become powerful in your powerlessness.
